Mike and his team were invaluable in my grandparents’ downsize. With his advice and help we started the process over a year before they ended up moving and it was an extremely good thing we did. From the prep to the pre-packing to the staging to the photography (they came twice, once in the summer and once in the winter!) to the relocating, it was smart, efficient and all done with the highest levels of care and professionalism. If your family has a downsize on the horizon, I can’t provide a higher recommendation than to work with Mike and his team.

Mike made the sale of our property seem easy. He had all the pertinent information at hand and made us feel comfortable accepting his recommendations. He had our unit staged and photographed for viewing. In two days we had six offers and sold our unit for above the asking price.
